THE BEST EXPERIENCE. Words cannot truly express our gratitude toward this shop. I want to start by saying that sometimes things happen and life takes us in certain directions. For whatever reason, our shipment was stopped by the postal service. Because I didn’t receive the order when I should have, I reached out to the owner and was so thankful I did. Even though she was on vacation at the time, she took time to respond to me and figure out what had happened. She was absolutely awesome about the entire thing and when she got back, immediately shipped another order out. The story don’t end there though. When we got the item…WOW! My wife was in love with it, the product is gorgeous and keeps her nice and warm. Much to our surprise, we also found that she had sent out a little gift for our new baby coming in July! 🥹

I have another scarf like this which prompted me to buy this one. This one is superb quality. I will definitely be going back for more. Seller is quick to answer questions and aim to please. Customer service above and beyond. I wish all Etsy sellers were as good as this one!
