Mystery Dahlia Tuber

Each dahlia tuber has been grown, harvested, and divided right here in our garden. From soft pastels to bold, vibrant blooms, every variety brings its own little bit of magic.

Each purchase includes one individual dahlia tuber, ready to plant in the spring and enjoy beautiful blooms all summer long.

What a fun little surprise from our garden to yours!

“Life (or mystery dahlias) is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.” 😉

If you’re not planting right away, store your tuber in a cool, dark, frost-free place between 4–7°C. Keep it nestled in vermiculite, peat-free wood shavings, or another suitable storage medium to prevent it from drying out.

Check your tuber occasionally for signs of shrivelling or rot. Keep it from getting too wet, as excess moisture can cause rotting.

Planting: Once the risk of frost has passed and the soil has warmed in spring (typically May on Vancouver Island), your dahlia is ready to find its new home!

With a little love and patience, you’ll be rewarded with beautiful blooms all summer long.
